We built our home starting in February 2021 and during the 10 month process Monique was very active in every step of the construction. She reviewed every section of our builders contract with us and made sure we understood the terms. She helped review building materials, visited the site to take pictures (we were 5 hours away), and made sure we were running on schedule. She made the experience personal, not just business.
